As a luxury travel designer, we craft customized itineraries with fully vetted travel partners.  As such, for certain trips we may charge a planning and advisory fee, enabling us to research and selection the necessary properties, suppliers, and providers that work best for you.  Our professional services fees vary depending on the type and length of your travel experience.  This will be presented to you in the complimentary consultation call.

Every trip starts with a complimentary call where we get to know one another and I’ll learn about you, your vacation desires and travel preferences so that I can custom design your ideal trip.

Design

After we decide to work together and define the scope of your travel and take care of the planning fee, I’ll begin researching the best options for you based on your wants and needs.  I’ll draw on my network of distinguished travel contacts around the world to provide trusted recommendations and create your ideal itinerary.  From what you envision, to what we're able to deliver.

Plan and Collaborate

You get a chance to review your itinerary, and we’ll work together to refine it until you’re completely satisfied.  From what you envision, to what we're able to deliver. This is your valuable time, so it's important that this vacation goes above and beyond your expectations.

Booking

Once the itinerary is just the way you like it, leave all the bookings to me.  I’ll book and reconfirm all the travel components for you, from air and hotels to tours and transfers, ensuring you will receive the VIP treatments through our valuable partners around the globe.  You'll receive a detailed final itinerary outlining your day to day activities and excursions. 

Support While Traveling

We are with our clients every step of the way and remain in close touch before, during and after your trip to support you if something unexpected pops up as we are available 24 hours a day.  Rest easy knowing that you’ve got an expert travel planner in your back pocket for your entire vacation.
